By requesting an art commission, you have confirmed that you have read these terms of service.

I may refuse any service to you for any reason, and this is not limited to "Won't draw" list.

To request a commission, you have to send a private message to one of your preferred ways to contact me. Discord is recommended.

Commissions are based on "first come, first serve" formula, though the queue may change.

Upon accepting your request, depending on the commission type, I will do a rough sketch of your commission idea and present it to you for your approval. Until it is approved, you will not be charged.

All payments are done through PayPal.

Refunds can be provided either when I fail to deliver for longer than 30 days since making the full payment or when the art commission is beyond my art skills.

You cannot request a refund for a finished commission.

Respect my art boundaries. I may refuse art requests that either are beyond my art skills or make me feel uncomfortable.

Unless requested against by the client, the commissioned artworks may be uploaded to public sites i.e. Bluesky, Instagram etc. Please let me know whether or not you want the finished commission to be publicly visible.

All commissioned art are for personal use only. You can share it with others and use for your content as long as I get credited.

Do not use the commissioned artwork as a merch without my permission.

The commissioned artwork should not be sold as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) nor be used for AI training.
